Note in the below that this is a description of the evil that precedes the Antichrist who is the Abomination of Desolation. Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ then comes after the reign of Antichrist has proceeded for a while. Antichrist, his reign and the False Prophet and all their followers are then destroyed by the Second Coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ from heaven with all His elect Angels and sent to hell forever. The saints will then reign with Our Lord Jesus Christ at their head on earth forever.

Palestine, which is properly the Holy Land for in it walked God in the flesh, Jesus Christ, and there He allowed Himself to be sacrificed for the salvation of those who profess Him from the heart and with the mouth, is a miniature of all the evil that has come upon the earth and there will the final evil be concentrated in its fullness and rule from there for a short time.

"Consummation of the world," - the end of this age of grace and the beginning of the eternal ages with Christ reigning visibly. This is the end of the eschaton and the beginning of the eternal recreated heavens and the earth and will begin when Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ returns from heaven in the same flesh He rose with and ascended into the third heaven with, seated at the right hand of the Father. His return will be with all of His elect angels. He will raise and judge all men in the flesh and then recreate the heavens and the earth, which in that state will last that way for eternity. There will NOT be any sin in the new heavens and earth, so prepare now by confessing the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit and be baptized as commanded above and shown how to baptize below and live Holy and Godly lives in sincerity and humility and meekness waiting for the Lord when He returns so that we are not like the five foolish virgins but are like the five wise virgins.

Baptism can and should always be performed immediately when there is danger of death of the one to be baptized. For instance, impending martyrdom or possible death causing illness.

As the Word of God Jesus Christ willed to learn in His Incarnation what He already possessed and knew prior to His Incarnation as part of His kenosis (emptying out of Himself and taking upon Himself our nature while in no way losing anything of what He already was as God by nature and Son of God as the Second Person of the undivided Trinity) and as an example to us of how we in humility must follow God the Father and the Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

The Muslim feast of Eid only commemorates the typological sacrifice by Abraham of Issac. That prefigured the final and only Supreme Sacrifice of Jesus Christ on His Most Holy Cross. But no where are we allowed to refuse baptism.

All Muslims and everyone who will, are invited and encouraged to come to the water of life now and be baptized in the water and in the Spirit in name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit and receive Communion.

Jewish Terrorists Vandalize 45 Cars in East Jerusalem

Jewish terrorists punctured the tires of dozens of Palestinian cars in annexed East Jerusalem on Monday in the latest so-called “price tag” hate crime

The tires of 34 vehicles in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Beit Hanina were punctured overnight Sunday, and the writing “Goyim in the country = enemies” was sprayed in Hebrew on a bus.

According to Ynet-News, Mr. Osama, a taxi driver who lives in the neighborhood said, “I got up at 6 am and saw my tires have been punctured. I’m now stuck in the neighborhood and don’t know what to do. This is the second time this happens. It’s the easiest thing to do it here, this is very annoying.”

Police told AFP: “the tires of 34 cars were punctured”, but an AFP correspondent at the scene placed the number at 45, noting all four wheels of each car were slashed.

The damage was discovered at 5 a.m. as Palestinians left their homes to go to work.

Palestinian sources stated that a group of jewish terrorists stormed the al-Samah square at early morning coming from the direction of Pisgat Zeev settlement which is built on lands of Beit Hanina. Two of them positioned themselves at the main entrance to watch as the rest assaulted properties in the neighborhood.

In June, 21 cars were vandalized in a similar attack in Beit Hanina not far from Monday’s attack. Last month, the tires of 31 cars were slashed in a Palestinian neighborhood in the southern sector of East Jerusalem.

Complaint Against UK, Germany and USA at Egyptian Court

العدالة المصرية تنظر في دعوى قضائية ضد ألمانيا, بريطانيا وأمريكا تطالب بالاعتراف بالمسئولية الدولية تجاه الشعب الفلسطيني

A group of Palestinian refugees filed a lawsuit at an Egyptian court against the UK, Germany and the United States to ask for international condemnation of these countries that caused the loss of the Palestinian national rights and territories by helping Israel to create its entity in Palestine and thus caused the displacement of millions of Palestinians from their land.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of a “Popular Campaign to sue the United Kingdom for giving what they do not own to those who do not deserve”, a group formed by activists and headed by Dr. Awni Salim Al-Habit, a Doctor of Political Science. The Egyptian court stated that March 17 2014 is scheduled as a date for a hearing from the complainants.

Dr al-Habit said to Al-Quds newspaper in Jerusalem: “When I prepared my doctoral thesis, I found that Germany has a sense of guilt because of the holocaust, which was brought by Hitler to the jews, and that they are still paying compensation to people and to the israeli government to atone for their own guilt. I will do the same steps as those followed by the jews and get a judgment that condemns and punishes the countries that participated and contributed to the Palestinian tragedy and the suffering of our people”.

الدعوة مقامة من الدكتور عونى سليم الهابط “فلسطينى الجنسية، ضد كل من رئيس وزراء المملكة المتحدة ووزير الخارجية والمالية البريطانى وسفير المملكة المتحدة، بالقاهرة ووزير الخارجية الالمانى ووزير المالية وسفير المانيا بالقاهرة ورئيس الولايات المتحدة ووزير الخارجية والمالية الامريكى وسفير الولايات المتحدة بالقاهرة، وإلزام المدعى عليهم بجبر الضرر الذى اصاب الشعب الفسلطينى جراء فعلهم غير المشروع دوليا، وإجبارهم على التقدم بمشروع قرار لمجلس الامن الدولى باقامة الدولة الفلسطينية على حدود 1967 وعودة اللاجئين، وتعويضهم تعويضا جماعيا، وتعويض المدعى بمبلغ 2 مليون جنيه بالتضامن فيما بينهم لجلسة 17 مارس للمذكرات

كان الممثل القانونى للدكتور عونى سليم الهابط “فلسطينى الجنسية” ومؤسس الحملة الشعبية الفلسطينية لمقاضاة المملكة المتحدة البريطانية والولايات المتحدة الامريكية ودولة ألمانيا، قد تقدم بحافظة مستندات تفيد أنه بتاريخ 2 نوفمبر 1917 أصدر اللورد بلفور وزير خارجية بريطانيا وعده المشئوم فى صورة رسالة إلى روتشيلد الصهيونى، وأنه بهذا الوعد أعطى من لا يملك من لا يستحق، حيث ان مسئولية الدولة عن أفعالها غير المشروعة تقوم بمجرد انتهاكات لاحكام القانون الدولى ولا يتطلب الخطأ فى تقرير مسئوليتها اذ لا يمكن التعرف على ارادة الدولة اى هل ارتكبت هذا الانتهاك متعمدة أم كانت مهملة

فصدور وعد بلفور بإقامة وطن لليهود فى فلسطين بل الأكثر من ذلك بذل الحكومة البريطانية غاية الجهد لإقامة هذا الوطن والذى حققته الحكومة البريطانية فعلا على أرض الواقع والذى ترتب عليه ضياع وطن فلسطين وتهجير وإبادة الشعب وارتكاب المذابح الجماعية ضده، وهو فعل غير مشروع لانتهاكه احكام القانون الدولى وهو أساس المسئولية الدولية لحكومة المملكة المتحدة البريطانية عن مالحق بالشعب الفلسطينى منذ ان قامت دولة اسرائيل على حسابه، وتكون المملكة المتحدة مسئولة كاملا عن تعويض الشعب الفلسطينى فرديا وجماعيا ومن بينهم المدعى

وأضاف المدعى فى دعواه أن الحكومة الالمانية ارتكبت فعلا غير مشروع رتب مسئوليتها الدولية عن ما ارتكبته اسرائيل من جرائم فى حق الفلسطينين حين ساعدتهم على ارتكاب فعلها غير المشروع بأمدادها بالمال المخصص لاستقدام اليهود من كافة انحاء العالم وتوطينهم فى فلسطين وامدادهم بالسلاح، وأوضح مثال على ذلك اتفاقية التعويضات التى منحت بموجبها المانيا لاسرائيل مليارات الماركات

وتابع المدعى بأنه انتهكت حكومة الولايات المتحدة الامريكية جميع أحكام القانون الدولى وانتهكت المشروعية الدولية بما رتب مسئوليتها الدولية تجاه ما ارتكبته اسرائيل من عمل غير مشروع من ازالة وطن وشعب وجرائم تهجير قسرى بأن امدت اسرائيل بالمال والسلاح وساندتها فى المنظمات الدولية ضد الشعب الفلسطينى

وأكد المدعى أنه طبقا للمادة 163 من القانون المدنى المصرى على من ارتكب خطأ سبب ضرر للغير يلزم من ارتكبه بالتعويض ، وحيث ان اى فلسطينى مثل المدعى قد اصابته اضرار مادية ومعنوية، حيث ان محكمة القاهرة المدنية مختصة بنظر هذه الدعوى طبقا للمواد 30 و29 و49 من قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية حيث ان المدعى عليهم لهم موطن ومحل اقامة فى القاهرة وهى السفارة، وان جمهورية مصر العربية قد قامت بالتوقيع على المعاهدات الدولية الخاصة بالمعاقبة على جريمة ابادة الجنس البشرى وبمجرد التوقيع تعتبر المعاهدة جزء من القانون المصرى وتختص المحاكم بالفصل فى هذه الدعاوى، وحيث ان المدعى مقيم بجمهورية مصر العربية وتنص الاتفاقية الخاصة باللاجئين على التمتع بالشخصية القانونية وحقه فى التقاضى فى الدولة المقيم فيها بالاضافة إلى ان قطاع غزة تابع اداريا لجمهورية مصر العربية

Haaretz, Israeli newspaper reported today Sunday Feb. 16 2013 that the real estate purchasing arm of Amana, the organization behind illegal West Bank outpost construction headed by a jewish terrorist Zeev (Zambish) Hever from the terrorist group Gush Emunim, bought parts of a disputed area in the Beit El

settlement in 2013 from a Palestinian man who has been dead for years.

The current housing and construction minister, Uri Ariel, was Amana’s general secretary in the 1980s.

The allegation is detailed in documents sent to the police in a request to investigate the purchasing arm, Al-Watan.

In the summer of 2012, five buildings in Beit El’s Ulpana neighborhood were demolished following a petition to the High Court of Justice by Palestinians who owned the two lots at the site.

Last week Army Radio reported that Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon had given Al-Watan a permit to register parts of one of the lots under its name.

Al-Watan’s main owner is an Amana subsidiary, Binyanei Bar Amana. Al-Watan seeks to buy land in settlements where High Court petitions by Palestinians are pending; this would obviate the need to evacuate those lands.

Al-Watan’s directors are Ze’ev “ Zambish” Hever, a longtime leader of the settlement enterprise, Amana’s treasurer Moshe Yogev, and an Amana employee, Hananya Nahliel. Hever declined to comment for this article.
Al-Watan has claimed that it bought a Palestinian house on the outskirts of the settlement of Ofra, but the district court ruled that the deal was forged. Al-Watan also says it bought land at Giv’at Asaf, Amona and Migron. All of these transactions are being investigated by the police.

Regarding the Ulpana neighborhood, documents submitted by attorneys Michael Sfard and Shlomi Zacharia, who are representing the petitioners for human rights group Yesh Din, raise questions on the legitimacy of the Al-Watan purchases.

In January last year, a front man allegedly bought the land on which Ulpana sits from its Palestinians owners. A few months later the man allegedly passed the land on to Al-Watan. But according to the documents submitted by Sfard and Zacharia, the man stipulated had died years before.

In June, the man allegedly bought land in another part of Ulpana, from a different Palestinian. But according to the documents, this Palestinian lives in Jordan and says no one ever approached him about the land. Sfard and Zacharia want the police to launch a criminal probe on suspicion the purchases were forged.

This is not the first time Amana and its subsidiaries have claimed ownership of land in the Ulpana neighborhood. Amana has said that in 2000 it bought land at the site, but after the police determined that the purchase was fraudulent, the land was not transferred to Amana’s name.

In 2011, Amana claimed in district court that it owned a lot in Ulpana, in an effort to obstruct the evacuation of the neighborhood. The court rejected the claim.

Amana was founded in 1978 as the settlement movement of Gush Emunim. It is registered as a cooperative society, located on Paran Street in Jerusalem’s Ramat Eshkol neighborhood. The current housing and construction minister, Uri Ariel, was Amana’s general secretary in the 1980s.

The organization’s activity is conducted largely through a subsidiary, Binyanei Bar Amana. According to the division between the two, Amana plans and initiates the construction projects, wields political connections and obtains authorizations or devises means to sidestep the law; Binyanei Bar Amana does the actual construction. Almost all of that construction takes place in the West Bank. With the exception of isolated villages – such as Bar Yohai and Or Haganuz in Galilee, and communities for former residents of Gush Katif (the evacuated Gaza Strip settlement bloc) – all of Amana’s construction is being done across the Green Line. Hever became the society’s general secretary in 1989.

Hever, whose original name was Friedman, was born in Ramat Gan and joined Gush Emunim at a young age. In the 1970s, he was secretary of the regional council of Kiryat Arba, an urban settlement abutting on Hebron. As a member of the Jewish terrorist organization, he tried to place a bomb in the car of Dr. Ahmed Natshe, a political figure in Hebron. A barking dog frightened Hever and his accomplices, however, and they hid the bomb. It was discovered later on and became one of the clues that enabled the Shin Bet security service to uncover the Jewish Underground. Hever was arrested in 1984 and sentenced to 11 months in prison. Like all the refugees of the Underground, he moved towards the center in the wake of his experience. As a young man, Hever held extremely radical views about the Arabs but after his prison term, he abandoned the path of violence and embarked on a career as a functionary with close ties to the authorities.

About a year after Hever became Amana’s general secretary, Ariel Sharon was appointed housing minister (in the government of Yitzhak Shamir). The Sharon-Hever alignment paid off for the settlements, which underwent a building boom in this period (1990-1992). Sharon, given a free hand to build housing for the large influx of immigrants from the former Soviet Union, used the opportunity to beef up the settlements as well. He and Hever found a common language: both viewed themselves as men of action who had nothing but scorn for officials, bureaucrats, legal experts and the like.

Under Sharon’s stewardship, Amana engaged in a major building drive, which would make the settlements an irreversible fact of life. The warm relationship between Sharon and Hever was unbroken. Even during the 2005 disengagement from Gaza, when the settlers felt that Prime Minister Sharon had stabbed them in the back, Hever alone remained in constant touch with him. He told friends that his approach was: Whatever can be attained, can be; and what cannot, cannot.

وافادت الصحيفة ان الوثائق التي تقدم بها الملتمسون اظهرت علامات استفهام حول الصفقة المذكورة، فقد اظهرت ان شخصاً وسيطاً “اشترى” عام 2013 قطعة الارض التي اقيم عليها حي “الاولبانا” من شخص فلسطيني، ونقل الوسيط بعد عدة اشهر هذه الملكية الى شركة “الوطن ” الاستيطانية، الا ان الوثائق التي تقدّم بها الملتمسون اثبتت ان الشخص “البائع” متوفى قبل عدة سنوات من تاريخ البيع، حسب الصحيفة

كما تبين ايضاً ان وسيطاً آخر اشترى قطعة ارض اخرى في حي “الاولبانا” الا ان محامي الملتمسين اثبتوا ان الشخص “البائع” مقيم في الاردن مؤكدا ان احداً لم يتوجه اليه لشراء الارض. وكان المحامون تقدموا الى الشرطة بشكوى للتحقيق في ممارسات شركة “الوطن” للاشتباه بعملية تزوير

Norway Excludes Israel from its Pension Fund

The Norwegian Ministry of Finance has decided to exclude the companies Sesa Sterlite, Africa Israel Investments and Danya Cebus from the Government Pension Fund Global (GPFG), one of the world’s largest funds.

On the 13th of September 2013, the Ministry of Finance received a recommendation from the Council of Ethics to exclude the company Sesa Sterlite from the GPFG. The recommendation builds on an earlier recommendation to exclude the company Vedanta Resources Ltd. (Vedanta ) and two of its subsidiaries, which operate in India. The Ministry followed the Council’s recommendation to exclude Vedanta and its two subsidiaries in 2007.

Sesa Sterlite is a newly established subsidiary of Vedanta. The Council’s assessment is that the relevant operations in India, which are currently run through the company Sesa Sterlite, present an unacceptable risk of environmental damage and serious violations of human rights. The Council has regularly updated its assessment of Vedanta and the basis for exclusion is still considered to be present. The Ministry of Finance, in accordance with the Council’s recommendation, has decided to exclude Sesa Sterlite from the Fund’s investment universe, as well as to maintain the exclusion of Vedanta.

Both the establishment of Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT) and the annexation of East Jerusalem are illegal under international law. This has been confirmed by numerous United Nations resolutions and the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in its 2004 Advisory Opinion on the Wall.

The settlements violate the Fourth Geneva Convention, which prohibits the transfer of the Occupying Power’s own civilian population into the territory it occupies and the destruction of property in occupied territory.

Israel’s settlement activities breach cardinal rules of International Humanitarian Law (IHL), and may amount to war crimes under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, to which Norway is a State Party (and the provisions of which have been transposed into Norwegian domestic law). Moreover, by transforming the demographic composition of the West Bank, Israel’s settlement policy and its ensuing institutional practices of dispossession and displacement have led to the long-term denial of the right to self-determination of the Palestinian people.

“Any firm involved in the construction of settlements is clearly contributing towards the expansion and maintenance of the settlement enterprise, while privately profiting from their activities” said Shawan Jabarin, General-Director of Al-Haq.

He added: “As a result, they are aiding and assisting in activities that support Israel’s violations of international law”. He concluded: “The Norwegian Ministry of Finance has recognised this and acted accordingly.”

In taking this decision, the Norwegian Ministry of Finance has acted upon the State of Norway’s obligation under Common Article 1 of the Geneva Conventions to ensure respect for international humanitarian law. All High Contracting Parties to the Geneva Conventions are obligated not to recognise Israel’s internationally-unlawful settlement enterprise and not to render aid or assistance in maintaining the illegal situation.

The move by the Norwegian Ministry of Finance follows a decision in January by the second-largest pension fund manager in the Netherlands, PGGM. PGGM withdrew its investments from five Israeli banks involved in financing activities related to the settlements located in the OPT. In making its decision, PGGM relied on the 2004 ICJ Advisory Opinion on the Wall, which confirmed that Israeli settlements in the OPT are illegal and constitute a blatant breach of international law.

UN Year Year: Boycott Israel

2014: International Year of Solidarity With the Palestinians. The United Nations today launched the International Year of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, with senior officials urging that the observance be used to redouble efforts to achieve a durable peace between Israel and Palestine.

Just some weeks into 2014, theboycott, divestment and sanctions(BDS) movement has again shown that it represents an increasingly effective form of solidarity with the Palestinian struggle for freedom, justice and equality.

In early January, high profile Norwegian singer Moddi announced that he was cancelling his performance in Tel Aviv out of respect for the Palestinian call for a cultural boycott of Israel and following appeals from activists in Gaza.

On January 8, campaigners in the US were celebrating after Veolia lost out on a $4.5 billion contract in Boston following a vigorous campaign denouncing the company’s provision of infrastructure to illegal Israeli settlements.

In a potentially precedent-setting move, Dutch pension fund PGGM announced on January 13 that it is divesting from 5 of Israel’s biggest banks due to their deep involvement in Israeli violations of international law. The fund manages the pensions of 2.5 million people. Media reports now suggest that other European banks are considering similar steps.

On January 17, Villar Focchiardo became the sixth local council in Italy to condemn Pizzarotti for its role in an Israeli railway that passes through occupied Palestinian territory

The start to 2014 has also brought further evidence of the impact of BDS. Israeli politicians have again spoken of their growing fears about the growth of BDS, with Justice Minister Tzipi Livni describing BDS as advancing “exponentially”. Israeli settlers in the Jordan Valley have complained that retailers in western Europe are increasingly unwilling to purchase their products, hurting profitability, and the BDS movement has been featured heavily in mainstream Israeli media outlets in recent days.

These significant developments so early in the year follow a 2013 during which the BDS movement stepped further into the political mainstream and saw major institutions join the boycott, as our round-up of 2013 successes and developments in the BDS movement shows. Some of the most important successes of 2013 included:

- Security company G4S faced mounting international criticism and lost contracts worth millions of dollars with public bodies in South Africa and across Europe due to its role providing services to Israel’s checkpoints and settlements and prisons where Palestinian political prisoners are held without trial and tortured.

- French multinational Veolia lost contracts worth millions of dollars across the US, UK and in France, and announced that it was pulling out completely of running bus lines for Israeli settlers in occupied Palestinian territory. Veolia still operates the illegal Jerusalem Light Rail project.

- World renowned physicist Stephen Hawking and academic unions and associations across Europe and the US endorsed the academic boycott of Israeli institutions.

- Scores of trade unions, church organisations and student associations across the world endorsed the Palestinian call for BDS and joined our increasingly powerful and effective movement.

- Banks and pension funds in Europe and the US divested from companies that profilt from Israeli apartheid including Veolia and SodaStream.

- The European Union and the Dutch, British and Romanian government adopted some of the long overdue measures which are required from states in order to avoid complicity in Israel’s colonization of occupied Palestinian land, including measures aimed at stopping the flow of EU funds, foreign labour and business to the illegal Israeli settlement enterprise.

While there remains a long road before us, the Palestinian BDS National Committee is immensely proud of the way in which the BDS movement developed in 2013.

On behalf of our member organisations, we thank the each and every one of the campaigners and organisations whose dedication and skilled and strategic campaigning led to the inspirational continued growth of the BDS movement during 2013.

This year will mark 10 years since the International Court of Justice ruled that Israel’s apartheid wall and colonial settlements are illegal and that countries around the world are legally obliged to hold Israel accountable and not to support Israeli violations of international law.

Most international governments are yet to comply with this ruling and remain active accomplices to Israel’s system of occupation, colonisation and apartheid. Yet the international grassroots BDS movement is proving increasingly capable of ending international complicity with Israeli apartheid and pushing governments, corporations and institutions to take action.

We look forward to working with campaigners and civil society organisations across the world to continue to develop the BDS movement as a vital tool in the struggle for freedom, justice and equality of the oppressed Palestinian people, including the exiled refugees, Palestinian citizens of Israel and those under Israel’s occupation.

Zionist Forces Arrest Camel in Bethlehem

The israeli occupation forces in the district of Bethlehem arrested a camel yesterday under the pretext that it had entered into a “military zone”. The event took place near the Al-Rashaide village east of Bethlehem city in the occupied West Bank.

Palestinian newspapers reported that Fawaz Rshaide, head of the Palestinian village council of Al- Rashaide, told reporters that the israeli soldiers had arrested a camel belonging to Musallam Younis Rshaaidhe because the camel had supposedly entered a “military zone”.

“Military zones” are arbitrarily declared by the occupation to serve as a pretext to seize by force lands owned by Palestinians. It works like this: a “military zone” is declared over an area which the zionists want to steal, what means that the owners of these lands are not allowed to go to their land (and homes). The lands in question are then “confiscated” as a punishment if the owners enter their lands which are now a “military zone”, or they are declared “abandoned” by the occupation if the owners don’t show up for some time, and then seized and turned over to European or American squatters.

Mr. Rshaide added that the israeli soldiers stole the camel, which belonged to a Palestinian, and fled the area. The Camel was taken to the military colony “Ma’ale Adumim” near Al – Eizariya in the West Bank, near occupied Jerusalem.

He explained that the Israeli soldiers arrested the owner of the camel too in order to force him to pay a fine of 2,000 shekels to have his animal released from jail. In addition, the israeli soldiers who stole the camel, “asked” it’s owner to pay 600 shekels as “extra fees” for the transportation of the camel, which they stole and brought from the Palestinian land to the zionist colony.

Al – Eizariya is identified in the Bible as Bethany and in the New Testament it is identified as the home of the siblings Mary and Martha.

Mr. Rshaide commented on this incident of theft by the jewish occupation saying: “This as a way to displace the citizens from there agricultural land east of Bethlehem. It is ethnic cleansing”.

Under the “regulations” which the israeli military laws applies to Palestinians in the occupied territories since 1967, there are no laws which legitimize arresting animals, confiscating the equipments of civilians for military purposes and taking fees and high fines before giving back stolen goods to their rightful owners.

However, the military occupation through it’s so-called “Civil Administration” does exactly this since decades. There troops “arrest” the animals of Palestinian farmers: sheep, herds of goats, cows, chickens and birds, they also “confiscate” their farming equipment under scurrilous pretexts and refuse returned to these animals or equipment to their owners without the payment large sums of money as ransom.

These illegal ransom monies collected by the occupiers is not entered into the budget of the civil administration. No one knows where the money goes, some people assume that the criminals squander these moneys for expanding settlements and making wealth.

The “Civil Administration” claims that money is paid to the so-called patrol for “surveillance and detection” of the civil administration, who one day loot the Palestinian property and next day their money.

The heads of these “monitoring units” at the “Civil Administration” is a well-known settler called David Kishik, son of former prostitute Shula Cohen who received his post as payment because his mother once long ago sold her favours in Lebanon. Mr. Kishik and his team are a bunch of criminal garbage that has made immense wealth on the back of destitute Palestinians in the occupied territories.

وأضاف الرشايدة إلى أن الجنود نقلوا الجمل إلى مستعمرة “معالي أدوميم” قرب العيزرية

وفي ظل لوائح القوانين العسكرية الإسرائيلية المطبقة على الفلسطينين في الأراضي المحتلة منذ عام 1967, لا توجد قوانين تنص على إعتقال الحيوانات, ومصادرة معدات المزارعين الفلسطينيين من أراضيهم لأغراض عسكرية, وتقلها إلى معسكرات الجيش وفرض غرامة مالية عليها

إلا أن جنود ما يسمى بالإدارة المدنية الإسرائيلية يقومون بإعتقال الخراف والدجاج, والجمال, ومصادرة معدات زراعة الأراضي المملوكة من قبل الفلسطينيين, ويرفضون أعادتها لأصحابها دون دفع مبالغ مالية كبيرة, لا يتم إدخالها إلى ميزانية الإدارة المدنية, ولا أحد يعلم أين تذهب هذه الأموال

وتدعي الأدارة المدنية أن المخصصات المالية التي تجبى من الفلسطينيين, (وهي تجبى بشكل غير قانوني), تدفع إلى ما يسمى بدوريات المراقبة والكشف التي تسيرها الإدارة المدنية لتقوم بأعمال نهب ممتلكات الفلسطينيين وإعتقال حيواناتهم وهدم بيوتهم

ويرأس وحدة المراقبة في الإدارة المدنية المستوطن “دافيد كشك” الذي أثرى على حساب نهب ممتلكات الفلسطينيين, واستصدار أوامر هدم منازلهم, وهو إبن الجاسوسة الصهيونية في لبنان, بائعة الهوى شولا كوهين

Canada Pledges Financial Aid To West Bank

AFP – Prime Minister Stephen Harper of Canada said Monday the staunch Israeli ally would provide additional financial support for the West Bank, as he met Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas in Ramallah.

“I have the pleasure to announce today that Canada will this year give additional (financial) support for the economic development of the West Bank,” Harper told reporters, saying this was key for “social stability” and for advancing peace.

Harper was on his first official visit to Israel and the Palestinian territories, as the US-backed Middle East peace process falters ahead of an April deadline after nine months of talks. He did not elaborate on details about the aid.

Israel ally Canada was one of the few countries that opposed a successful Palestinian bid for upgraded status at the United Nations in 2012.

Abbas acknowledged “differences” with Ottawa on the question of Palestine, but said these should be resolved through discussion, and that the Canadians were entitled to their own views.

A diplomatic spat last April saw the Palestinian Authority summon Canada’s envoy over a controversial visit by Foreign Minister John Baird to annexed east Jerusalem to meet Israel’s justice minister.

Baird met Tzipi Livni, lead peace negotiator in Israel’s cabinet, at her office in east Jerusalem, a move normally avoided by visiting diplomats because it could be seen as legitimising Israel’s controversial annexation.

Abbas also reiterated that Palestinians were committed to the agreed nine months of talks, despite Palestinian anger at Israel’s continued settlement expansion in the occupied West Bank.

The Middle East Quartet published a plan in September to revive the ailing Palestinian economy, in an effort to support peace negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians.

The three-year “Palestinian Economic Initiative”, which is to focus on private sector growth, came after international financial institutions urged Israel to loosen sanctions against the territories.
