Palestine Cry: Cuban Missile Crisis - John F. Kennedy Presidential Library & Museum
What does this have to do with the Middle East? Just this, the colonial adventurism of East and West clashed here in a manner that only decades later were revealed how close it brought us to all out Nuclear War. Today that is Palestine and the rest of the region from Morocco to Pakistan, the whole of North Africa and the Levant and all the way to India.
Today, the rogue non-state of Israel corresponds to Cuba. The Palestinians correspond to the Cuban exiles. It is quite in the realm of pragmatic behind the scenes covert political maneuvering that the Cuban Missile Crisis was a trial run for the nuclear brinksmanship being used today to unlawfully commandeer the worlds' governments to submission to "Israel's" vile empire building agenda.
It was Fidel Castro and Nikita Khrushchev who were the wild cards - since they had seen to it, without telling anyone, that the Cuban Nuclear Missile sites were not only armed but under field commanders' personal control with orders to launch if any United States forces personnel ever set foot on Cuban soil at that time. President Kennedy was the one who prevented the U.S. Military from doing exactly that. The missiles had the range with sufficient warhead strength to have destroyed New York City to Washington D.C. and down the coast including important U.S. Naval bases. The moment the Missile launches would have been seen on U.S. Radar a complete all out strike would have been launched on Russia totally destroying it. Russia had supplied the missiles. The counterstrike, when U.S. missiles were seen on Russian Radar, would have destroyed the United States... end game ...end.
The prearranged clash noted above had a number of results that were planned prior to its staging.
First was the linking of the defense computers of the United States and Russia and China at the time it happened to "prevent it happening again."
Second was a channeling of the Colonial adventurism of both Russia and the United States in even more of an increase to the destruction of the nations and societies of South America and Africa, which had already been begun before that.
Third, the Cold War dominated every part of International polity more than it ever had before. The Cuban Missile Crisis was the excuse for East and West, under color of the emerging movement to detente as time went on to engage in more and more covert nation toppling and sabotage and out and out terrorism by proxy.
Today it is "Israel" that is equal to Cuba then and Iran is equal to Turkey then (U.S. Missiles in Turkey were the excuse for the Russian missiles in Cuba), but it is still the United States versus Russia in the end result - and the whole set up is as duplicitous and false and fraught with lies laced throughout that make any understanding of the players, much less the goals, masked and impossible to see.
It is absolutely certain that the Internet is not part of terrorism. The claim it is that, is only made to stop people from their right to express themselves about issues.
