Note in the below that this is a description of the evil that precedes the Antichrist who is the Abomination of Desolation. Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ then comes after the reign of Antichrist has proceeded for a while. Antichrist, his reign and the False Prophet and all their followers are then destroyed by the Second Coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ from heaven with all His elect Angels and sent to hell forever. The saints will then reign with Our Lord Jesus Christ at their head on earth forever.

There will NOT be any sin in the new heavens and earth, so prepare now by confessing the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit and be baptized as commanded above and shown how to baptize below and live Holy and Godly lives in sincerity and humility and meekness waiting for the Lord when He returns so that we are not like the five foolish virgins but are like the five wise virgins.

President Abbas Running Smear Campaign Against Hamas In Egypt

During a press conference held today July 30 2013 in Gaza, Hamas leader Salah Al-Bardaweel released documents which show that PA President Abbas together with the head of the Palestinian intelligence Majed Faraj, the head of the preventive security Ziyad Hab Al-Rih, the director of the Palestinian intelligence in the southern occupied territories Jamal Hassoune, the Secretary General of the Palestinian Presidency Office Tayeb Abed Al-Rahim, the Palestinian Embassy in Egypt and some Fatah leaders are involved in a hostile campaign running anti-Hamas propaganda in Egypt.

According to Al-Bardaweel, Abbas and his security officers are fabricating news and spreading them in the Egyptian media. According to him, the PA hostile media campaign against Hamas has the goal to implicate the Hamas leaders in Gaza in security issues in Egypt, for example implicating Hamas in killing and kidnapping Egyptian soldiers, participating in the fighting in Sinai, saying that they are involved with the Salafist groups, that they support the Muslim Brotherhood and are supposedly sending 500 “soldiers” to fight with them.

During the last months, the Egyptian’s media has accused Hamas of interfering in the internal affairs of Egypt. Egyptian journalists have reported that Hamas had dispatched gunmen to Sinai and other parts of Egypt to kill civilians and soldiers. Other reports have claimed that the leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood fled to the Gaza Strip following the ousting of President Mohamed Morsi.

The documents presented at the press conference include correspondence between the PLO Embassy in Cairo and representatives of the two Fatah-dominated security services. In one document, the Palestinian security services instruct the PLO’s media attaché in Cairo, Jihad al- Harazeen, to play a major role in feeding Egyptian journalists and media outlets with fabricated stories about Hamas’s alleged involvement in undermining Egypt’s security and stability.

Another Hamas official claimed that “Mohammed Dahlan”, Fatah leader who fled the Gaza Strip to Egypt in 2007, after Hamas took over the Strip and his bussnis partner “Khaled Salam”, former economic advisor of the deceased Palestinian President “Ysser Arafat” (both own several economic projects in Egypt) also involved in feeding the Egyptian media with “lies and fabrications” concerning Hamas’s alleged involvement in terrorist attacks against Egyptians.

Fatah accepts Arab League’s peace proposal

Fatah Central Council welcomes both the US & Arab League’s efforts to revive peace process.

But list of unreasonable preconditions demanded on Israel makes any initiative moot.

The Fatah Central Council has accepted the Arab League’s latest proposal for land swaps with Israel.

Following a meeting in Ramallah late Saturday, members of the council also welcomed US efforts to revive the peace process with Israel.

The announcement is seen as a boost for Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, who has been facing criticism from some Fatah officials for supporting the land swap idea.

The Arab League proposal, which was presented to US Secretary of State John Kerry last month, has drawn different reactions from Palestinians across the political spectrum.

Although Chief PLO negotiator Saeb Erekat initially said that this was not a new idea and that the proposal was presented in coordination with the Palestinians, some Fatah and PA officials have come out against the land swap plan.

Other Palestinians said that the Arab League did not have a mandate to speak on behalf of Palestinians and offer territorial concessions to Israel.

Opponents of the land swap idea said they were against it because it would “legitimize” settlements in the West Bank by allowing them to remain under Israeli sovereignty in a final deal between Israel and the Palestinians.

Unlike most Palestinian factions, Fatah said that it was not today opposed to the land swap idea.

However, Fatah’s leaders stressed after their meeting that they perceive the idea as meaning that there would be “minor and mutual adjustments” to the future border between Israel and a Palestinian state.

Accepting the idea does not mean “legitimizing settlement blocs” in the West Bank, they explained.

“Settlements in all the Palestinian lands are illegal. There can be no land swaps without an Israeli recognition of an independent and sovereign Palestinian state on the 1967 borders.”

Fatah said it was dealing “seriously with US efforts in order to make them succeed. The success of these efforts first requires a clear Israeli recognition of the two-state solution on the basis of the 1967 borders, a freeze of settlement construction and the release of prisoners, especially those who were arrested before 1994.”

Azzam al-Ahmed, a senior Fatah official, said that the Palestinians were awaiting a “full process to revive the peace talks.”

He said that Kerry was expected to announce the results of his current efforts to resume peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians on June 7.

“This is the date we have agreed upon,” al-Ahmed said. “Either Kerry comes forward with specific proposals to revive the peace process or he shuts the door because of Israeli intransigence.”

The Fatah official said that the Palestinian position regarding the resumption of the peace talks remains unchanged – namely a full commitment to the establishment of a Palestinian state in the context of a two-state solution, the release of prisoners and a cessation of settlement construction.

“Without this, there will be no return to the peace negotiations,” al-Ahmed emphasized. “We hope Kerry will carry something positive to resume the peace process.”

Marwan Al- Barghouti, member of the Central Committee of the “Fatah”, who has been detained by Israel since 2002, who was awarded by israel with a suspended life sentence and who has been jailed five times by the israelis for being a political leader and activist, who calls for a real just and peace, called today Sunday for a thorough and complete review of the functions and tasks and the behavior of the Palestinian Authority.

Al- Barghouti said that israel wants the PA to function as a single “israeli security guard and security and administrative authority”, stressing that the Palestinian people reject it absolutely. Al- Barghouti expressed in his statement from the Hadarim prison of the israeli occupation and distributed by his lawyer, his opposition to calls for dissolving the Palestinian Authority, despite being convinced that the rule of the PA does not apply to “one meter of our land”.

Abbas does not care about Al-Barghouti demands. Israel actually keeps Al-Barghouti jailed in support for Abbas. Al-Barghouti enjoys strong popular support in Palestine and though the West Bank and Gaza Strip, contrary to Abbas who has no popular support at all. He will become the next Palestinian president as soon as Israel releases him.

The Swiss, French and Russian forensic experts took samples from the remains of the late leader Yasser Arafat on Tuesday morning without having to remove the corpse from the grave, according to a statement by Tawfiq Tirawi, head of the official committee investigating Arafat’s death. The grave was re-closed later at the same day.

Tawfiq Tirawi, head of committee investigating the death of Yasser Arafat, said: “We will wait for the results of the investigation. We are not accusing anyone so far, but regardless of the result, we will continue looking for the truth” about how he died.
He added: “We are convinced Israel assassinated Arafat… and no matter what the results given by Russian, Swiss and French experts will be, the case will remain open. If it is proved that Arafat was poisoned, we will go to the international court,” referring to the ICC.

As a result, said Tirawi, reburial ceremonies have been canceled and officials from the PLO Executive Committee and other leaders will lay wreath at his grave after closing it.

Mahmoud Abbas

Dr. Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) was born in 1935 in Safad in northern Israel, at that time part of the British Mandate. Abbas left his hometown with his family in 1948 when Israel was created, moving to Syria. He holds a B.A in Law from Damascus University. Abbas earned his Ph.D. in history from Moscow’s Oriental College. His doctoral thesis denies that six million Jews died in World War II. In his Arabic-language book “The Secret Relationship Between Nazism and Zionism” Abbas rejects “the Zionist fantasy, the fantastic lie that six million Jews were killed. The limited number that did succumb were victims of a joint [Nazi-Zionist] plot”.

Mahmoud Abbas was a founding member of the Palestinian National Liberation Movement (Fatah) present, along with Yasser Arafat, in the 1964 beginnings of the terrorist organization dedicated to the destruction of Israel. Since 1968 he has been a member of the Palestinian National Council (PNC) and rose to Secretary General of the PLO Executive Committee. The Executive Committee and the PNC are the top two decision-making bodies of the PLO.

Abbas is considered a moderate, one of the Palestinian Arabs interested in a peaceful solution to the conflict with Israel. He advocated negotiations with Israelis and initiated a dialogue with Jewish and pacifist movements in the 1970s. He led negotiations with Matiyahu Peled that resulted in the announcement of “principles of peace” based on a two-state-solution in January 1977. He also coordinated the negotiation process during the 1991 Madrid Conference. His long contacts with Israeli leftists won him a reputation as a PLO dove and he headed the Palestinian negotiating team to the secret Oslo talks. Abbas therefore played a key role in the Oslo Peace process during the 1990s. As Secretary General of the PLO Executive Committee, Abbas was signatory of the 1993 Declaration of Principles that launched the Oslo peace process. Two years later, in 1995, Abbas signed the Interim Peace Agreement with Israel.

In March 2003 Abbas was appointed as Prime Minister of the Palestinian Authority by Arafat, to placate American demands that “new leadership” emerge to bring the Palestinian Arabs into the Road Map peace process. In April, Abbas’ cabinet choices –full of Arafat supporters– were “reluctantly” accepted by Arafat. Abbas’ very first speech as Prime Minister, on April 28, 2003, included demands that Israel release all terrorists, the opposite of what is called for under the Road Map. The speech also included homage to Arafat when Abbas turned to Arafat and stated:

This government, Mr. President, is your government.

This statement confirmed suspicion of claims that Arafat was no longer in power and that Abbas was independent of Arafat, as called for by U.S. President Bush. Since Abbas has been Arafat’s top deputy for nearly 40 years this was not surprising to observers. Despite the contradictions, there were no objections to Abbas’ appointment or his subsequent behavior.

On September 7, 2003 Abbas resigned as Prime Minister. He had attempted to negotiate an end to the violent behavior of terrorist groups among the Palestinian Arabs, but Yasser Arafat never yielded enough power to Abbas to make enforcement possible. It is not clear if Abbas would have used the power even if available. The inherent conflicts of the position led him to give up and Yasser Arafat reasserted his control.

Abbas Elected Palestinian Authority President

Following the death of Yasser Arafat on November 11, 2004, Mahmoud Abbas was elected Palestinian AuthorityPresident in an election held January 9, 2005. His substantial margin of victory was widely interpreted as giving him a mandate to negotiate a new peace initiative with Israel.
