Kaddura “Qadoura” Musa, aged 60, the governor of the Jenin district in the West Bank, was killed by the Palestinian resistance during the early hours oflast Wednesday, 2 May 2012. According to what has become known, the Palestinian resistance stormed the house of the governor with intense fire. Musa was shot during the attack, but the PA is covering this up and instead stating that he “had fatal heart attack shortly after gunmen raided his home”.

Musa had been a high-ranking apparatchik of the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) and a long-year veteran of the Fatah. He was co-opted by the USA and its zionist death-squad runner Keith Dayton, the US General who trained the PA “security forces” until October 2010 to operate like death squads and was then replaced by the US war criminal Lt. Gen. Michael Moeller.

Musa is widely known among Palestinians as the biggest traitor associated with the so-called “normalization” with the colonial zionists in the occupied territories. Musa was linked to the worst project of collaboration with the colonists in the West Bank, known as “Jenin – Gilboa”.

Gilboa is a colonial settlement of jewish terrorists in the north of the West bank. The sewage and waste waters of this squatter colony flows into agricultural lands of Palestinian farms of the area and has led to the desertification of these lands, the destruction of plants and the widespread pollution of the environment.

The name of governor Musa was linked in recent years with a draft of an “international security model“ called the “Jenin Security model”. This model was drafted by the US zionists in full coordination with Israel. The project was implemented and directed by the former US “security” representative to the PA, the war criminal General Keith Dayton. It was adopted and supported by the “Middl East Quartet” representative to the PA, the war criminal and suspected pedophile Tony Blair.

This “security model” is based on ending all Palestinian resistance against the zionist occupation and the conversion of Jenin from a “hornet nest”, the tag which Jenin received because it was one of the main centers of armed action against the occupation during the Al-Aqsa Intifada, into a city of “Peace and Co-existence” with the zionist squatters, the occupation and its settlements. It means that the zionists get everything, the Palestinians nothing.

Since Musa received his post as Governor of Jenin in 2004 he had been the right hand of Keith Dayton and he engaged in the widespread liquidation of the Palestinian resistance in Jenin. Governor Musa adopted the theory of an “iron security grip” against the resistance in Jenin, especially when dealing with Hamas and Al-Aqsa brigade figures. His policy created bad relationship between him and the leaders of the resistance. He imprisoned many dozens of Palestinian and filled the cells with Palestinian patriots, from the resistance and the politicians and anybody in between who dared to even speak against the occupation. He handed a number of them to the Israeli army and he lead several operation in which resistance members were murdered by the PA death squads.

The latest victims of governor Musa were the member of the Palestinian resistance, Amthal Ghannam al-Ghwadre, who was assassinated in cold blood last April 15 2012 by the PA Police in the village of Bir al-Basha, and his brother Moammar, an ex-prisoner who had been released by Israel in October 2011 under the Al-Ahrar deal, the prisoner exchange deal accorded between Hamas and the Israeli occupation under the auspices of Egypt. Moammar was injured and then kidnapped by the PA Police together with others.

On the other hand, the traitor Musa built strong relationships with the head of the Gilboa squatter colony, Dany Atar, former Lieutenant Colonel who was suspected of fraud and bribery on 30 Sep. 2009 and his deputy Eid Saleem, and former minister Silvan Shalom, who had some years ago described Musa as a “Marshall of Jenin”, and other zionist figures in Israel and USA, like Robert Zwang, executive director of the Jewish Federation of Western Connecticut. Palestinians from Fatah who were sickened and well aware by his betrayal had tried several times to remove Musa from his post, but all their efforts failed due Musa’s association with the zionists of Israel and the zionist lobby in the USA, who strengthened his position and forced their word upon the PA. All the province governors of the PA in the West Bank have been changed during the last years for various reasons, but Musa stayed in his place as a governor of Jenin for more than eight years, until he was killed earlier this week.

The PNA remained silent on the shooting death of Musa by the resistance, ostentatiously for “security reasons”. The PA believes that the announcement of Musa’s death by the resistance will lead to the weakening of its security and prestige and it will strengthen the Palestinian resistance. The PA elements know that they are in a very weak position before the Palestinian people due to their shameful support for Israel, the USA and their implementation of the genocidal policies of the zionists, their horrible dictatorship over Palestine and the Palestinians financed by many millions of US-EU-Arabs dollars. The majority of Palestinians are against the PA dictatorial regime, and they are angry because of the continuous “security coordination” between PA “security forces” and the Israeli army and intelligence and the wholesale spying of the PA on the Palestinian resistance and political activists.

Mr. Tayeb Abdel Rahim, “Secretary General” of the so-called “Palestinian Presidency”, an illusory title carried by the US dogs, said during his representation to “President” Mahmoud Abbas during the funeral ceremony of the deceased Kaddura that “some outlaws opened the fire on the house of the Governor of Jenin and fled” and that shortly after the shooting “the governor got out by himself to check security in the city”, and that during this tour “he received three consecutive heart attacks which caused his death in a hospital of Jenin”, what is of course bullshit spread by the tyrants who cannot allow that the people see their weaknesses.

In response to the death of Musa, the PA “security forces” forced the Palestinians of Jenin to close their shops and mourn his death. They then imposed curfew on the village of Bir al-Basha in the Jenin district and searched the village from house to house, kidnapping and jailing hundreds of Palestinian youths. It must be said that the PA elements were all strongly provoked by Musa’s assassination, which threats their power. The PA and all its thugs stood together to protect the food rests and bones which the US and Israel throw to these criminal dogs and puppets from time to time.

The Jenin district commander, Radi Asida, said that the Palestinian “security forces”, death squads and gangs traind by US-Israel and EU, had arrested everybody suspected of involvement in the shooting on Wednesday at the home of the governor of the Jenin district Kadura Musa “who died shortly afterwards of a heart attack”. Asida added that anyone who tries to harm civilians (meaning anyone who even voices dissent against the israeli occupation) would be arrested.

He said that this is the most extensive wave of arrests and detaining against “anyone who flouts the law”, meaning the arbitrary and illegitimate “laws” which protect Israel. “We are making arrests across the Jenin district rather than focusing on a particular area” he added.

Palestinian sources estimated that the Palestinians who were arrested included “first-classexecutives from Fatah”. According to Asida, the arrests were approved by “the president Mahmoud Abbas himself” (addition to Asida’s statement: who clings to his post despite the long-past end of his presidency, just like a dog clings to his bone). Asida claimed that there is great satisfaction among the residents of Jenin with the wave of arrests carried out by the PA in the district(he means the residents of Bir Al-Basha who are very angry at the PA traitors and collaborators with Israel). Asida claimed that the Palestinians also “require us to aggravate the penalties against those who violate the law” - bullshit dispensed by a traitor defending the wages of his betrayal.

It should be noted that the Red Cross and other human rights organizations are not allowed to visit the PA prisoners and detainees who are all being interrogated under conditions of heavy torture and by use of internationally prohibited methods. It has become known, for example, that the PNA strips the skin off of detainees after they are given electric shocks and hanged in their cells.

How did the zionists receive the news of the governor’s death?
The zionist colonists received the news of Musa’s death with deep sorrow. The hebrew media editions all wrote about the death of Musa. They released information which makes all Palestinians feel shame of the traitorous PA leaders.

“… Musa initiated in recent years a number of collaborations between the Jenin district and the Gilboa Regional Council under the leadership of the council, Danny Atar, to bring together economic growth.

Among others, they were parties to the establishment of a joint industrial park in Gilboa and the Jenin district”. The news added that the Mayor of Gilboa, Danny Atar, “was shocked” of Musa’s death.

Mayor Atar, who was very familiar with Musa, told Walla News that he was flabbergasted with the news of his death. “I received a phone call at three in the morning reporting that he died of cardiac arrest. This was shocking!! Our relationship was not only a working relationship but also created a personal relationship between our two families” said Atar.

He added, “We got around the world together. Musa was a very special person and he contributed greatly to the fact that over 73 kilometers along the border between Israel and the PA was quiet during his tenure as governor of Jenin. Things were quite during four – five years. If you want to translate this into money, Musa saved a lot of money to Israel on the security level”.

“Many thanks to his personality and his desire to create a different reality, we were able to bring the existence of very many projects in the economic, social, and labor relations did not remain between me and him but slipped to the level of the ordinary citizen, that can we inspire hope among people who still have a chance to live together and the quality of Palestinians and Israelis”.
Continued “Mayor” Atar: “Musa is a great loss at the personal and public level … Musa was supposed to serve as a Palestinian government minister in the near future”.

Musa involved in the implementation of genocidal measures against Palestinians

The official website of the squatters of Gilboa, which is built atop of hills stolen from Palestinians in the Jenin district, wrote that the the “Council head” Danny Attar and his deputy Eid Saleem eulogized their friend Musa.

Atar said: “together we initiated projects that led to economic and social prosperity across the border – Gilboa and Jenin. In working together the city of Jenin flourished in the economic, social and cultural spehres, and the whole region has developed a secure and stable life. Through his personality and his commitment to a better future, Kadura created honest dialogue and served as inspiration for future relations between Palestinians and Israelis. Many raised their eyebrows when we started the joint activity between Gilboa and Jenin – it was almost a surreal scene: A veteran Fatah and the battalion commander from the Golani Brigade initiated and built the security fence between Gilboa and Jenin, embroider joint projects in economy, industry, tourism and education”.(Translated into human language this means that Musa was involved first-hand in the implementation of genocidal measures against Palestinians, what is amply backed what has transpired there during the years of his tenure).

Atar continues brabbling: “Today, after eight years of absolute security, cooperation prevails on both sides of the fence and meetings are held between children and business people, tourists, visitors, and the heads of EU states seek to learn and to support our projects in a simple dialogue managed to change the world. More than once we said what we really do is try to create a different reality for future generations. I’m sorry we could not keep with Musa Kadura, and I hope this outline will continue in the future”.
